For me as an artist, the act of creation gives me an indescribable sense of calm, peace and tranquility. I am alone with my thoughts and mind in a dreamland oasis of peace and joy. 

I allow nothing to invade this other world where my mind has arrived.

When I paint surrealistic characters I like to focus on the details of their exaggerated eyes or just their one eye so the viewer can learn about the inner status and feel the emotions of the characters. 

Creating  Contemporary Artwork

Kasia's contemporary paintings does not attempt to represent subjects in an accurate or natural way. It is not the objective of this kind of artist to achieve realism, but to communicate emotions, colors & ideas.
